Portland State University (PSU) is seeking a qualified consultant to support emissions reduction efforts for industrial facilities in the Columbia Corridor: - Government Buyer: - Portland State University, Contracting and Procurement Services, University Financial Services - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Emissions Assessment & Intervention Consulting Services - Conduct facility-level air emissions assessments for up to four industrial facilities - Identify and recommend feasible, high-impact pollution reduction and prevention projects - Produce facility-specific reports and collaborate with PSU, Columbia Corridor Association, Neighbors for Clean Air, and student teams - Tasks include project coordination, on-site assessments, intervention project evaluation, reporting, and knowledge transfer - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Consultant must have expertise in air emissions assessment, pollution prevention strategies, and relevant environmental regulations - Opportunity is open to minority, women, service-disabled veteran owned, and emerging small businesses - May be used by other Oregon public universities and public education agencies through cooperative purchasing - Estimated contract value is up to $100,000 through the end of the period of performance - Place of performance and contracting office is Portland State University, 1600 S.W. Portland State University (PSU) is seeking quotes for a consultant to conduct facility-level emissions assessments and identify feasible, high-impact pollution reduction and prevention projects for selected industrial facilities participating in the Toxics Prevention in the Columbia Corridor (TPCC) program. The consultant will provide services that best meet PSU's needs at the best value. The solicitation encourages participation from minority, women, service-disabled veteran owned, and emerging small businesses.
