Portland State University (PSU) is seeking quotes for a consultant to conduct facility-level emissions assessments and identify feasible, high-impact pollution reduction and prevention projects for selected industrial facilities participating in the Toxics Prevention in the Columbia Corridor (TPCC) program. The consultant will provide services that best meet PSU's needs at the best value. The solicitation encourages participation from minority, women, service-disabled veteran owned, and emerging small businesses.
