This opportunity involves comprehensive roof replacement projects at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, managed by the Air Force Sustainment Center and 72nd Air Base Wing Civil Engineering. - Government Buyer: - United States Air Force, Air Force Sustainment Center (FA8137 AFSC PZIOC), 72nd Air Base Wing (72 ABW/CE), Engineering Support - Scope of Work: - Replacement of roofs on four buildings: B1049, B7038, B414, and B6601 - Includes design services, demolition, installation of new roofing systems, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, and quality control - Mandatory site visit for all four locations - OEMs and Basis of Design: - Berridge Manufacturing Company (basis of design for Double-Lock Zee-Lock metal roof panels) - Firestone Building Products (referenced for yellow safety tape) - Products and Materials Requested: - Trapezoidal standing seam metal roof system (Berridge Double-Lock Zee-Lock Panel, 24-gauge, PVF2 coating) - Two-component silicone roof coating system (elastomeric base coat and white silicone topcoat) - EPDM roof membrane (minimum 90 mil, white, ASHRAE 90.1-2010 compliant) - Rigid and tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, high-density cover boards - Prefabricated galvanized curbs, walk pads, wood nailers, metal counter flashing, gutters, downspouts - Pipe/conduit supports (100% recycled rubber base, galvanized steel channel) - Yellow safety tape (similar to Firestone Quick Seam) - Elastomeric base coat and white silicone topcoat with granules - Galvanized rigid conduit and conductors - Unique and Notable Requirements: - Stringent quality control, safety, and environmental compliance (EPA, Energy Star, ASHRAE, NFPA, UFC standards) - 30-year roof membrane manufacturer warranty and 2-year installer warranty - Detailed submittals, reporting, and O&M documentation - Coordination with ongoing base operations and access procedures - Estimated Contract Value: - $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 - Place of Performance: - Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma (specific buildings: B1049, B7038, B414, B6601)

Project Title: WWYK090020, Replace Multiple Roofs, B1049, B7038 WWYK090032 Replace Roof BLDG 414 Operations WWYK240001 – REPLACE ROOF, B6601 Project Location: Tinker AFB - B1049, B7038, B414, B6601 Three projects will be awarded under this contract consisting of four different buildings.  Review each projects SOW and associated documents to make sure you have a complete understanding of all the reqriments.  These projects will be worked concurently.

The estimated project value is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and is restricted to SB MAC BOA holders only.

Currently, the Solicitation – Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available.

After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit.  Your RSVP email must be received within 3 calendar days from the posting of this project.  In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access.  If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.   ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor.

After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit has been scheduled for April 14 2026 starting at 9:00am at B1049, then B7038.  10:00am at B414, and 11:00am at B6601.  All four locations must be attended to be eligible to propose.
