The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), through its Construction A/E Team 2, is seeking to procure a new small boat package for the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife Refuge in Onalaska, Wisconsin. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Construction A/E Team 2 - Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife Refuge - Products Requested: - One (1) 18-foot long by 60-inch wide aluminum boat - Must feature: center console, 7-passenger capacity, all-welded hull, river sand color, 19-gallon fuel tank, 2-bank battery charger, step box, dual bow storage, bolster style cushioned helm seat, optional folding fishing seats, welded aluminum center console with cup holder, tachometer, cockpit lighting, USB connection, battery master kill switch, USCG-approved fire extinguisher, console windshield, navigation lights, bilge pump, variable-deadrise V-hull, stainless steel propeller - NSN: 7540-01-152-8067 (as referenced in amendment) - One (1) 90 HP 4-stroke outboard engine - Electric start, long shaft, power trim and tilt - One (1) galvanized trailer - 2200 lb capacity, stern ratchet tie downs, spare tire with mount - Trade-In Requirement: - Includes trade-in of a 2004 Roughneck boat, motor, and trailer - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery required to Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife Refuge, Onalaska, WI - Set aside for small businesses (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB) - Compliance with detailed construction and safety specifications - Delivery deadline and period of performance: June 1 to August 31, 2026 - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; open to all qualified manufacturers meeting specifications - Estimated contract value: $25,000 to $100,000

Upper Mississippi NWR is requesting a small, 18¿ long x 60¿ Width boat, for use at the Wildlife Refuge. See attached Scope of Work for more specific details. Additionally, USFWS has an existing boat to be used as trade-in. See SOW for the specifications of the existing boat.
