Description
The HLD is seeking services for the inspection and treatment of approximately 50% (around 2,600) of its wood utility poles in fiscal year 2027, starting July 1, 2026, with the remaining 50% to be completed in fiscal year 2028, starting July 1, 2027. Additionally, about 800 "Foreign" poles will receive an above-ground visual inspection annually.
