Description

The HLD is seeking services for the inspection and treatment of approximately 50% (around 2,600) of its wood utility poles in fiscal year 2027, starting July 1, 2026, with the remaining 50% to be completed in fiscal year 2028, starting July 1, 2027. Additionally, about 800 "Foreign" poles will receive an above-ground visual inspection annually. The work aims to ensure safety and accuracy in data collection for pole replacement needs due to decay or failure and to extend the life of poles through treatment.
