Cybera, through its ShareIT program, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf AI-powered Chatbot solution to support Participating Members across the K–12, post-secondary, and municipal sectors. The solution must be configurable, scalable, secure, and vendor-supported, with flexibility to meet individual needs.
