The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified vendors for a major upgrade to the Automated Tablet Dispensing (ATD) system at the Southwest Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (SW CMOP) in Tucson, AZ. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 15 / NATIONAL CMOP OFFICE (36C770) - Southwest Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (SW CMOP), Tucson, AZ - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice or attachments. - Products/Services Requested: - Upgrade of existing ATD fingers from 40 to at least 60 cells per finger (5 to 11 fingers total) - Addition of a new 60-cell ATD finger for backorder processing - Replacement of the puck conveyor with an industry-standard model - Delivery, installation, commissioning, and integration with existing pharmacy systems - Removal and disposal of old equipment - Training for operations and maintenance staff - Maintenance and warranty support (minimum one year, including parts and labor) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work must be performed at the Tucson SW CMOP facility - Installation must be phased and scheduled during off-hours/weekends to avoid disrupting pharmacy operations - Vendors must be licensed and certified for work at the Tucson location - Vendors must provide past performance records and historical data on similar projects - System must comply with safety, quality, and operational standards - Integration with existing pharmacy operating systems is required - Training materials and customer support (telephone and on-site) with defined response times must be included

This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified vendors who can provide the requirements identified in the accompanying Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement.

This is not a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation. The VA is not currently seeking quotes/offers/proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. A solicitation may be issued at a later date. This notice does not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract.

All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any Contractor for any administrative cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government; all costs associated with responding to the sources sought will be solely at the interested vendor s expense.

Interested Contractors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective Contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
