The purpose of the amendment is as follows: 1. Clarify ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES Factor 1 Technical Capability. Instructions to Offerors Factor 1: Technical Capability Revise paragraph (c) to read as follows: (c) The Offeror is recommended to have a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing sewer jetting and grease trap cleaning services. Personnel must have demonstrated competency in operating high-pressure jetting equipment and CCTV inspection systems.
