The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L Roudebush VAMC, NCO 10 Contracting Activity intends to solicit to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Soliciting from a single source for the following items listed below.
