The U.S. Army Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), under the Department of Defense, is seeking information from industry regarding the establishment of a regional Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility for the AGT1500 TIGER engine to RESET Standard within the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) - Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, but the AGT1500 TIGER engine is manufactured by Honeywell International Inc. - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for the AGT1500 TIGER engine to RESET Standard - Initial overhaul of 3 engines - Up to 2 additional engine overhauls annually for five years - Part Number: AGT1500 TIGER Engine - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must return engines to zero hour, like-new condition meeting latest build specifications (RESET Standard) - Facility must be located within the USINDOPACOM region - Respondents must demonstrate technical experience, facilities, supply chain management, and provide cost estimates - Place of Performance: - U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility - This is a Request for Information (RFI) to assess industry capabilities and qualifications for future procurement.

Description

The Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the community for AGT 1500 Engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) to RESET Standard in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Region. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. NOTE: All RFI input is voluntary, and no compensation will be made for your firm’s participation. Since this is an RFI, and not a solicitation or RFP for receipt of proposals or quotations, absolutely no telephone calls will be accepted concerning this notice. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this notice. All questions relating to this RFI shall be submitted in writing only via email to Army Contracting Command point of contact (POC) Christine Marr, christine.m.marr.civ@army.mil.
