Description

Freire Schools Collaborative, a network of four charter schools in Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington, DE, is seeking proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers (MSP) to manage IT infrastructure and systems across five locations. The MSP will provide remote and occasional on-site support, maintenance, and strategic services, working alongside the Network Director of IT and campus IT Coordinators. Services include network infrastructure management, monitoring, advanced technical support, incident response, root cause analysis, and strategic planning. The MSP must have sufficient staffing capacity to handle advanced L2 and L3 network issues.
