Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary for a layout design, disassembly and removal of existing office furniture, and installation of new office furniture for U.S Army Medical Department Activity-Japan, building 704 room 182 at Camp Zama in accordance with (IAW) this Statement of Work (SOW) and with commercial and local standards. The Furniture will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
The contractor shall disassemble existing workstations in building 704, room 182 (Translator’s Office). Floor Plans for building 704 is in the Appendix 2 –Floor Plans. All the dis-assembled workstations, tables and chairs will be stacked outside the building using pallets provided by MEDDAC-J.
