Description
This is a presolicitation notice IAW FAR 5.101(c). The government intends to solicit quotes directly from suppliers IAW FAR 12.201-1. The government will solicit quotes from LOCAL SOURCES ONLY.
The Government intends to establish a BPA (but reserves the right to award more than one BPA) for manlift rental services. The anticipated award date is 01 MAY 2026.
Services are for rental of manlifts of various sizes, which include transportation (in/out), insurance, technical assistance (answers in a maximum of 2 hours-including weekends and Spanish Holidays) and all other support for this contract. Contractor shall deliver manlift within a maximum of 48 hours after confirmation of BPA call. The contractor shall repair any reported deficiencies within four (4) hours of notification. In the event the equipment cannot be returned to service within twenty‐four (24) hours, causes a work stoppage or major disruption to schedules, a replacement shall be provided by the contractor at no charge to the Government.
