NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, Site Singapore, under the U.S. Navy, is soliciting proposals for the Mid-Term Availability (MTA) repair and maintenance of the USS MIGUEL KEITH (ESB-5). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, Site Singapore - Place of Performance: - Work to be performed in Thailand or Singapore - Contracting office located at NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR YOKOSUKA, FPO AP 96349-1500 - Inspection and acceptance at MSC Headquarters Norfolk, VA and Ship Repair Facility and Joint Repair Management Center Yokosuka, FPO AP 96349 - Products/Services Requested: - Complete MTA of USS MIGUEL KEITH (ESB-5) per MSC and SRF specifications (1 each) - Installation of CMWD System (1 each, optional) - Extension of MTA services (1 each) - Growth work (labor: up to 11,515 hours; materials: NTE $1,970,300) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractors must hold a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) - Quality control, engineering support, hazardous waste management, and compliance with occupational safety standards are required - All technical specifications are detailed in the solicitation attachments - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation - Pricing includes firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials line items
