Description
The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) is soliciting proposals for commercial research services to identify American Jewish servicemembers buried under grave markers that incorrectly represent religion or heritage, and to identify surviving next of kin (NOK), as described in the attached Statement of Work, Attachment 1.
Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist no later than 14 April 2026 at 5PM (Eastern Time). Responses will be issued by written amendment or posting.
Proposals shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist with the subject line “Proposal – 74330226R0039 – Offeror Name” no later than 5PM (Eastern Time) on 28 April 2026 to bachofenm@abmc.gov and youngj.ctr@abmc.gov.
