This opportunity seeks qualified vendors to perform Stage 1 Vapor Balance System (VBS) testing for underground storage tanks at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. - Government Buyer: - 375th Contracting Squadron (375 CONS LGC), Air Mobility Command, Department of the Air Force - Scope of Work: - Stage 1 VBS testing for six underground storage tanks (USTs) - Four 12,000-gallon, double-walled, fiberglass tanks - Two 10,000-gallon, double-walled, steel tanks with fiberglass secondary containment - Testing must comply with: - Illinois EPA Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit - 40 CFR 63 11120.a (federal regulation) - Vendor Requirements: - Demonstrate capability and relevant experience - Provide cost estimate - Show certification or expert knowledge qualifications - Submit past performance information - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are referenced in the solicitation - Work will be performed at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois

Perform Stage 1 Vapor Balance System (VBS) testing for six (6) existing Underground Storage Tanks located within the boundaries of Scott Air Force Base, in accordance with IL EPA Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit and 40 CFR 63 11120.a.

UST 1-4: 12,000 gallon, double-walled, fiberglass

UST 5/6: 10,000 gallon, double-walled, steel tank and fiberglass secondary containment
