Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Tel Tech Plus, Inc. (CAGE 3CP25), San Marcos, California 92078-4374, United States. This is a purchase request for furnish labor and materials to install cable trays and associated wall penetrations for network cable distribution and required separation. Breakdown of materials and labor is noted in the attached document titled NOI_final. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 238210 and the business size standard is $19 million. The applicable PSC code is N059.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote for consideration by the Government.
