This opportunity seeks qualified contractors to provide academic training services for the U.S. Army Prime Power School (USAPPS) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, under a five-year IDIQ contract. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), KO Contracting Division - Contracting office at 7701 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 22315-3860 - Place of performance: Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named; the requirement is for academic services, not products - Products/Services Requested: - Academic instruction for modules B through E of the 12P course (Mathematics, Applied Physical Concepts, Mechanical System Engineering, Electrical System Engineering) - Three classes per year, class sizes 12–35 students - Reinforcement training (tutoring and remediation) outside normal class hours (up to 480 hours/year) - Program of Instruction (POI) development and maintenance (up to 480 hours/year) - Program/project management, including reporting and quality control - Other Direct Costs (ODCs), materials, and travel as needed - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide qualified adjunct instructors/professors for all modules - All instructional materials and POI updates become government property - Deliverables include letters of certification, after-action reports, quality control plans, and module credit reports - Travel must comply with federal regulations (FAR 31.205-46; American-flagged carriers required) - Services must be performed according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contract terms - Period of Performance: - Five years total: 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years - Estimated three classes per year, with reinforcement and POI maintenance hours specified annually
