Description

Project Title: Water Tower Inspection and Maintenance Project Location: Hurlburt Field, FL FUNDING: Funding will be provided by the customer before execution of any task order on this IDIQ contract. The guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract is estimated to be $4,000.00. This minimum guaranteed amount will be fulfilled by issuance of the first task order, which will be executed in conjunction with the award of the basic contract. The maximum amount for the life of the contract shall not exceed $2,000,000.00. SET- ASIDE: This acquisition is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Five (5) years SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS: Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing in Word format to individuals listed in Section L paragraph NLT 13 April 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS: Offeror?s are responsible for submitting proposal so as to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the date/time specified. Personnel requiring access to Hurlburt Field for the purpose of delivering a proposal must email a written request containing the company name and name of person(s) requiring access. Requests must be received NLT 72-hours prior to the date and time established for receipt of proposals.
