Air Force Seeks Multi-Year Commercial Bus Rental Services for Little Rock AFB

This opportunity involves the U.S. Air Force at Little Rock Air Force Base seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial bus rental services to support deployments, exercises, and contingency operations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 19th Airlift Wing, 19th Contracting Squadron (FA4460 19 CONS PKA), Little Rock Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named; solicitation is open to all qualified commercial bus rental providers - Products/Services Requested: - Commercial bus rental services (1 to 5 buses per order) - Each bus must seat at least 44 passengers, be model year 2010 or newer, have automatic transmission, and meet strict safety and operational requirements - Acceptable exterior colors: solid black, blue, gray, or white - Must include overhead bins or coach-style underbelly cargo storage, fully operational heating and air conditioning, and safety features (seatbelts for every seat, rearview mirrors, horn, serviceable seats, windshield wipers, parking brake) - Vehicles must be street-legal, compliant with AFI 31-218 appendix A for LRAFB, and include a serviceable spare tire, lug wrench, and jack (retreaded tires not allowed) - Services include vehicle delivery, maintenance, immediate replacement of defective vehicles within 24 hours, fuel supply for vehicles under maintenance, pre- and post-inspections, and vehicle recovery within 24 hours - Contractor responsible for insurance, registration, and licensing - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vehicles will be operated by military or DoD civilian personnel - Services must be available 24/7, including federal holidays - BPA will have a five-year ordering period, with individual orders not to exceed 30 days each - Multiple awards possible (1-3 contractors) - Unrestricted, full and open competition under NAICS 532120 (Truck, Utility Trailer, and RV Rental and Leasing) - Place of Performance: - Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas (primary) - Surrounding cities: Jacksonville, Sherwood, North Little Rock, Little Rock

Little Rock AFB is seeking to establish a Commerical Bus Rental BPA. 

The Contractor will provide all items and services to be performed in strict accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
