The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New Orleans District is seeking a contractor to design, produce, and install three large exterior building wraps for its headquarters building in New Orleans, LA. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New Orleans District, KO Contracting Division - Contracting office located at 7400 Leake Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118-3651 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named for installation services - 3M is the specified OEM for the wrap material (3M IJ180CV3 stock) - Products/Services Requested: - Three custom building wraps, each featuring a different logo: - US Army Logo - US Army Engineers 250 Years Logo - USACEMVN Logo - Each wrap is approximately 80 inches high (width scaled as needed) - Material: PSA-3M IJ180CV3 stock with LAM-Matte 3.0m x 54" lamination - Installation on exterior panels between the 2nd and 3rd floor windows of the MVN Center building - Contractor must provide all materials, labor, and equipment - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Installation must use a swingstage or scissor lift (crane/bucket truck prohibited) - Compliance with safety, inspection, and certification requirements (EM 385-1-1) - Contractor must coordinate site inspection and safety with the government - Interested parties must contact Jason Meyers to obtain the required Adobe Imaging File for the wraps - Period of Performance: - 45 days from notice to proceed
