NASA is seeking to renew software licenses and maintenance services for Trane building automation and control systems at the Langley Research Center (LaRC): - Government Buyer: - NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) and NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) - OEM Highlight: - Trane U.S. Inc. is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) referenced - Products and Services Requested: - Trace 3D Plus Annual License Renewal (includes 4 additional user licenses) - Tracer TU Professional Edition Annual License Renewals (for specific users: Mark Lovell, B1215, David Zimmerman) - Tracer Ensemble Software Annual License Renewal (includes all Trane ES Web Server Software updates and owner training) - Software Maintenance Plans (SMPs) for 59 Application SC+ Controllers across multiple NASA LaRC buildings - General Trane Maintenance Renewal services for Trane equipment - Notable Requirements: - All software and maintenance services must be compatible with existing Trane systems at NASA LaRC - E-delivery of software licenses and updates is required - Owner training for software updates is included - The procurement is intended as a sole source award to Trane U.S. Inc., but NASA will consider responses to determine if competition is warranted - Place of Performance: - NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC), Hampton, Virginia - Period of Performance: - One-year renewal term from date of award
