Description

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific intends to award a sole source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification to increase the contract ceiling on N00039-19-D-0006, awarded to Lockheed Martin (LM). This contract provides General Service (GENSER) Cross Domain Solution (CDS), Radiant Mercury (RADMERC) support for the Department of Navy and other Department of War agencies. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541512. The current contract will expire on 30 September 2029. The contact action will increase the ceiling by a not-to-exceed amount of $30,000,000. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above mentioned source under authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The J&A for this action will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT AS TO THE ULTIMATE ACQUISITION APPROACH.
