The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) at Quantico, Virginia, is seeking qualified sources to provide Peer Support Training and Consultation Services for its Peer Support Team. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Acquisitions Division-Code 11C1 - Services Requested: - 40-hour annual Peer Support training session for NCIS personnel, delivered at NCIS HQ (Russell-Knox Building, Quantico, VA) or an approved location - Ongoing consultation and clinical support, including monthly training schedules, on-demand coaching, and critical incident response training - 24/7 support via email, phone, or video conferencing - Delivery of training materials in draft and final formats prior to sessions - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have extensive experience in police psychology and crisis intervention - Lead trainer must be a doctorate-level licensed psychologist - Training may be delivered in-person or virtually - Period of Performance: - Base year (12 months) plus four 12-month option years - Place of Performance: - Russell-Knox Building, 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, VA 22134 (NCIS HQ) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation.

Description

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is seeking potential sources for training and consultation support to NCIS personnel on the Peer Support (PS) Team as well as provide consultation and clinical review on an annual and ad hoc basis.  This will be a Base plus four Option Years contract.  A Sources Sought Announcement with a Performance Work Statment is attached.
