The requested equipment item descriptions / specifications are outlined below.
two (2) borescope kits with each kit having the following features:
• Borescopes shall have interchangeable probes (including the cable) and tips as follows:
• Two probes, one around 4mm and one around 6mm, will be needed.
• For each probe size, at least one forward view tip and one side view tip will be needed.
• At minimum, each standard tip should preferably have at least 100 degrees of FOV (if stereo probes are included, then at least 50/50 FOV).
• Probe cable should be approximately 2 meters long.
• Borescope shall have at least 32 gigabytes of internal storage.
• The borescope system itself shall be a handheld unit, capable of maintaining ergonomic controls via a pistol grip design when being held with one hand, allowing the probe to be held with the other hand. • A physical joystick attached directly to the system shall be used for articulating the probe.
• The borescope kit shall include an interchangeable battery and a charging set, along with direct system powering via approximately 110 volts Alternating Current (AC).
Each borescope shall include a portable kit, including a carry-on case for the borescope system:
• System itself shall be reasonably easy to carry, with a weight of around 5 to 10 pounds.
• With the case, the total weight shall be around 20 to 25 pounds.
• The carry-on case shall include a telescoping pole kit/shoulder strap to allow for hands-free operations of the system.
• A rigid sleeve to protect the flexible scope shall be included.
• The borescope system itself shall include hooks or a base for mounting to aircraft during use.
Borescope system shall have an LCD screen that has at least WVGA or XVGA resolution. • Screen shall be at least 4 inches diagonally.
• Screen shall have 5x zooming ability at minimum.
• Borescope shall have the ability to transfer stored data to external media.
• The borescope shall have heads that allow the probes to articulate in any direction and rotate a full 360 degrees.

Alternatively, if the borescope was tested according to MIL-STD-810G, the borescope shall need to be compliant with the equivalent paragraphs in that standard.
E. The offeror shall also provide a list of all the items included in each kit (if they are not already listed in the quote), and mention what MIL-SPECs that the borescope is compliant to.
