The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWC Philadelphia Div), part of the Department of Defense and Department of the Navy, is preparing to procure TCB Unit 2 Assembly Components. - Opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice, set aside for small businesses - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the notice - Details on required components, part numbers, and quantities will be provided in the forthcoming RFQ - Access to the RFQ and technical drawings requires JCP Certification due to Distribution D Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) restrictions - Place of performance is the NSWC Philadelphia Division facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description

NSWCPD has a requirement for TCB Unit 2 Assembly Components.  The drawings associated with this requirement have a distribution D CUI statement attached to them.  To view the RFQ and drawings, a JCP Certification must be submitted.  Please send your company's JCP Certification to zachary.f.mccurry.civ@us.navy.mil.  This requirement is currently being pre-solicited as a total small business set aside.  This pre-solicitation notice closes on 04/21/2026 at COB.  The RFQ and drawing swill be issued after the closing of the pre-solicitation notice.
