The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation, is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process to procure operations, maintenance, custodial, and 24/7 facility management services for the 128,000-square-foot Rental Car Center and associated service facilities at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The contract term is initially five years with a two-year renewal option.
