Description

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is soliciting bids for Mitigation Credits under its authority to procure services ancillary to public road construction and maintenance. Only qualified contractors able to provide Mitigation Credits are eligible to participate. The solicitation is conducted as an Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote (ITB/RFQ) with terms and conditions outlined in the contract and ITB/RFQ form. GDOT reserves the right to modify provisions, reject bids, and waive informalities at its discretion.
