This is a fixed price solicitation, set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) firms. Information is provided for the following Quarters HVAC Renovation for Havasupai in Supai, AZ. The Contractor shall furnish supervision, labor, and equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation to provide Design/Build Services to complete major repair and improvement project specified under the Statement of Work (SOW) herein. Solicitation Deadline: Proposals are due on May 11, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on the date specified in the transmittal of this solicitation.Questions and Answers: Any questions relating to this solicitation shall be submittedto the following individuals: Contracting Officer (CO) no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2025, unless otherwise specified.
