Description
This project involves the extension of approximately 1,100 linear feet of 8-inch PVC C-900 gravity sewer, including manholes, residential sanitary sewer cleanouts, and connection to the existing gravity sewer manhole near McCoy Road and Burson Drive. It also includes about 200 linear feet of 4-inch ductile iron low-pressure force main with pigging station and residential cleanouts, connecting to the proposed gravity sewer. Additional work includes water main and service relocations, pavement restoration, milling and overlay, and other restoration as detailed in the contract drawings. The project is managed by the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled and a proposal due date in February 2026.
