Description
The City of Norwalk's Housing & Neighborhood Development Division is seeking qualified consultants to provide certified lead-based paint hazard evaluations, lead hazard abatement monitoring, post-abatement clearance testing, and asbestos testing services. These services support the City's federally funded programs including CDBG, HOME, HOME-ARP, HCV, and PBV under the Norwalk Housing Authority.
