The project includes directional drill construction of approximately 4,253 feet of new 14" PE force main and open cut construction of approximately 13,316 feet of new 12" PVC force main, with work in areas containing coquina shell and rock. The contract requires compliance with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage laws, minority and women's business enterprise participation, and a preference for U.S.-produced materials.
