Description of the work to be accomplished: The project involves Upgrade of Chancery Boiler - Add magnetic separator, repair floor trip hazards and replace hot water manifold.
The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptqable offeror who is a responsible contractor. TheGovernment may award the contract based on the inicial offer wiwhout discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (aug 1999), all contractors must be bonded and possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain. All offerors will be required to provide proof that they alreaddy possess said permits as part of thei offer.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant fo FAR provisions 52.204-7. The guidelines for registration can be found at https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp
