Henry County is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive Fire & Life Safety System Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Services for county government, public service authority, and public school facilities. - Scope of Work: - Inspection, testing, and maintenance of: - Fire alarm systems (panels, pull stations, smoke/heat detectors, signaling devices, digital communicators) - Fire suppression systems (sprinkler systems, control valves, Siamese connections) - Range hood and range hood fire suppression systems (actuation components, nozzles, fusible links, fan belts, light globes, hydrostatic testing) - Portable fire extinguishers (annual inspections, hydrostatic testing, maintenance, and replacement of parts) - Emergency service calls with 24-hour on-site response, 24/7 including holidays - Up to ten training sessions on fire safety equipment operation at no additional cost - Requirements: - Contractors must have relevant certifications, experience, and a local presence - Services must comply with NFPA and Statewide Fire Prevention Codes (NFPA 10, 13, 17A, 25, 96) - Emergency response within 24 hours is mandatory - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to all qualified providers - The contract may be awarded to one or multiple vendors, with an initial term of one year and up to six one-year renewal options - Services cover multiple Henry County facilities, including administration, public service authority, and public schools

Henry County is soliciting proposals for Fire & Life Safety System Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Services.
