The selected firm will verify and document that all building systems perform according to the Owner's Project Requirements, Basis of Design, construction documents, and applicable codes. The scope includes support throughout design, construction, occupancy preparation, and post-occupancy phases to ensure operational readiness and long-term building performance. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 10, 2026.
