The City of Texas City is soliciting bids for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project - Phase 25, which includes rehabilitation of approximately 23,150 linear feet of existing 6" to 12" sanitary sewer by pipe bursting, slip lining, open cut, remove and replace, cured-in-place pipe liner, manhole rehabilitation, and service reconnections. The project also includes two add alternates for additional pipe bursting rehabilitation. Bidders must inspect the site, pay prevailing wages, and provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract price. A pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on April 22, 2026.
