The U.S. Secret Service, through its James J. Rowley Training Center, is seeking contractor services for Protective Intelligence Interview Training to enhance threat assessment and communication skills for Special Agent and Uniformed Division officer recruits. - Government Buyer: - United States Secret Service (USSS) - James J. Rowley Training Center - Services Requested: - Protective Intelligence Interview Training instruction, including: - Primary instructor (psychologist) and secondary instructor (psycho dramatist) - Delivery of lectures, demonstrations, and psycho dramatic role-play - Development of lesson plans, presentations, and scenario scripts - Courses include: - Protective Intelligence Simulations Special Agent Training Course (16 hours, up to 24 students) - Protective Intelligence Final Practical Exercise at the Bell Raid House SATC (16 hours, 24 students) - Protective Intelligence Questioning for 1st Line Officers (5 hours, 24 students) - Protective Intelligence In-service: Advanced Interviewing Skills (11 hours, 18 students) - Unique Requirements: - Simulated interviews with subjects portraying various mental illnesses - Instruction must include both classroom and practical exercises - Contractor provides all personnel, materials, and resources (except government-furnished items) - Period of Performance: - Base year (12 months) plus four 12-month option years (total up to 5 years) - Place of Performance: - James J. DHS - USSS Protective Intelligence Interview Training: 

This is a non-personal services contract/order to provide contractor services to instruct protective intelligence practical exercise interview training as part of the USSS protective intelligence basic and advance training program. This procurement is for a primary instructor (psychologist) and a secondary instructor (psycho dramatist). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items of non-personal services necessary to perform lectures, demonstrations, and psycho dramatic roles at RTC facilities as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property (GFP) and services. The contractor shall accomplish all lectures, demonstrations, and psycho dramatic roles on the dates scheduled, within the times allotted. Additional Links:GSA RFI Link
