Description

The Community Services Department of the City of Hialeah is seeking quotations from experienced and qualified contractors to establish a pool of vendors for their Homeowner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program. The scope includes HVAC system replacement and duct cleaning, window and exterior door replacement, bathroom and kitchen renovations, washer and dryer replacement, interior house painting, and installation of an ADA stair lift. Contractors will be responsible for securing all necessary construction permits and including all professional services and fees for design, review, or certification as required. Selected contractors may be awarded projects based on qualifications, cost-effectiveness, and capacity to complete work within the required timeframe.
