Description

The City of Carlsbad is soliciting proposals for an organization to provide homelessness prevention and diversion services to single adults and families who are at risk of or have recently become homeless. The services include establishing a resource hub to assist these individuals and families, providing housing-focused case management, connecting clients with community resources, and supporting the goals of the Carlsbad Homeless Action Plan. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, with an initial one-year term and options for four additional one-year extensions. The preliminary budget for these services is $205,000 for the fiscal year 2026-27.
