The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Thermo Electron North America LLC 1400 North Point Suite 10 West Palm Beach, FL 33407 for Thermo TCEA-IRMS Instrument Repair. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811210 and the requirement is not a total small business set-aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
