Description
The SWIFT Clean Marine Port Incentive Program, funded by a $58 million grant from the California State Transportation Agency, offers financial incentives to container terminals, non-container terminals, and other tenants at the Port of Long Beach to accelerate their transition to low- and zero-emission operations.
