The scope includes project management, transition management, implementation services including migration from the current IT provider, user setup and removal, routine and on-call IT support, network and systems management, device deployment and configuration, cybersecurity support, and technical assistance. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, performance, technical expertise, and responsiveness, with cost considered but not the sole factor.
