Description
The City of Virginia Beach is seeking statements of interest and qualifications from firms to provide comprehensive construction administration and inspection services. The scope includes construction management, inspection, environmental inspections, quality assurance, material testing, surveying, plan review, schedule review, cost estimating, and training of inspection staff. The contract is for an annual term renewable for up to four years, with no guaranteed minimum work amount. Services will augment the Construction Bureau Inspections staff as needed.
