This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather detailed vendor and industry information on SaaS IAM solutions that support hybrid identity, HR-driven identity, access governance, self-service capabilities, security, compliance, workflow automation, application integration, scalability, reporting, and administrative simplicity. The NCAOC is exploring cloud-native or hybrid deployment options with a reasonable migration path from MIM. Responses will assist in assessing market capabilities and planning future procurement.
