Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce has completed the administrative review of antidumping duties for carbon and alloy steel wire rod from the Republic of Korea for the period May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. The review found that POSCO and POSCO International Corporation did not sell the product at less than normal value during this period. As a result, the final weighted-average dumping margin for POSCO is determined to be zero, and antidumping duties will not be assessed on their entries. The notice also outlines procedures for assessment rates and cash deposit requirements moving forward.
