This opportunity seeks qualified contractors for water plant valve repair and painting services at Dyess Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, 7 CONS CD at Dyess AFB - Scope of Work: - Removal and replacement of components on 10-inch and 12-inch altitude pilot control valves in an underground maintenance pit at Building 8216 Water Plant - Components to be replaced include ball valves, tubing, fittings, pilot valves, pressure gauges, internal rubber, gaskets, and strainers - Restoration of operational functionality to both altitude valves - Application of Electric Blue paint (RGB 125,249,255; Hex #7DF9FF) meeting NSF/ANSI 61 standards to the valves, with paint approval required prior to application - Demolition and proper disposal of removed valve components - Products/Materials Requested: - 1 Altitude Pilot Control Valve (up to 180°F, brass & stainless steel trim, 200 psi max) - 1 Rubber rebuild kit for 10-inch altitude valve - 1 Rubber rebuild kit for 12-inch altitude valve - Services Requested: - Installation and replacement of all specified valve components - Painting services for repaired valves - Demolition and disposal services - Unique Requirements: - Minimal water distribution downtime during repairs - Paint must be Electric Blue and NSF/ANSI 61 certified - Work may be scheduled during normal business hours or after-hours/weekends as needed - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Interested companies are asked to submit capability statements

The Contractor will remove and replace components on each altitude valve located in the underground maintenance pit, restoring operational functionality to both valves, in addition to applying paint on to the altitude valves.
