The USDA Forest Service is seeking a vendor to provide, modify, deliver, and place a new 40-foot high cube shipping container at the Skykomish Ranger Station in Washington. - Government Buyer: - USDA Forest Service, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest - Contracting office: USDA-FS CSA Northwest 2, Portland, OR - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) new (one-trip) 40' x 8' x 9'6" high cube shipping container - Must be modified to include: - Interior spray foam insulation (minimum R-10.5) - 18,500 BTU HVAC unit with heat pump (minimum 5 air changes per hour) - 100 Amp electrical panel, 6 GFCI duplex receptacles, 4 LED interior lights, exterior motion-detected LED floodlight - 50 Amp generator inlet, all circuits in rigid conduit - Delivery and precision placement at Skykomish Ranger Station via tilt-deck or roll-off truck (cranes and flatbeds not allowed) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery and placement required within 90 days of award (earlier preferred) - Small business set-aside, including women-owned and economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses - Evaluation based on technical capability, past performance, and price - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named in the solicitation - All work and delivery to be performed at a federal ranger station in Washington

Description
The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest has a requirement for the design, modification, delivery, and placement of one (1) 40' x 8' x 9'6" modified high cube shipping container.
Destination: Skykomish Ranger Station, 74920 NE Stevens Pass Hwy, Skykomish, WA 98288
Delivery: Mandatory 90-day delivery from date of award (July). Earlier Delivery preferred.
Key Technical Requirements:
Condition: New (one-trip). Modifications: Interior spray foam (R-10.5+), 100Amp electrical panel, 6 GFCI receptacles, LED interior lighting, exterior motion-detected floodlight, and 18,500 BTU HVAC unit with heat. Site Constraints: Delivery must be via tilt-deck or roll-off truck. Cranes and standard flatbeds are prohibited [RFQ provided].
Evaluation Criteria (FAR 12.602): Award will be made on a "Most Advantageous to the Government" basis (Comparative Evaluation) considering:
Technical/Capability: Meeting salient characteristics, conceptual drawings, and delivery confirmation. Past Performance: Recent (last 3 years) relevance and quality. Price: Evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.
