SUNY Buffalo's Ross Eye Institute is seeking to procure advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment and related services: - Government Buyer: - State University of New York (SUNY), SUNY Buffalo, Ross Eye Institute - OEMs and Vendors: - Primary OEM: Carl Zeiss Meditec (IOLMaster 700) - Equivalent products may be considered if approved by the university - Products/Services Requested (Quantities of 2 unless noted): - SWEPT Source OCT Biometer IOLMaster 700 units - IOLMaster 700 Basic Device with DICOM CZM Interface license - Barrett Suite license (requires IOLMaster 700 Software 1.70+) - Total Keratometry license (requires Software 1.88+) - Central Topography license (requires Software 1.90+) - Option Reference Image license - Instrument table 1060i - Touch Screen Monitor with cable - Keyboard - Mouse (USB PS/2, gray) - Power cord set - Services Required: - Installation, user training, and warranty for all components - Shipping, handling, tariffs, and insurance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All components must be provided in quantities of two - Four-week lead time for delivery and installation - Discretionary procurement under NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a), value up to $125,000 - Equivalent products may be accepted with university approval

Description

The University at Buffalo Ross Eye Institute is seeking proposals for the procurement of SWEPT Source OCT Biometer(s) IOLMaster 700, including Telecentric and Total Keratometry and Central Topography features. The contract is discretionary under NYS Education Law §355 (5) (a) with a value up to $125,000. The procurement includes two units with various licenses and accessories, installation, training, warranty, and shipping requirements.
