Solicitation Details: This solicitation uses brand-name descriptions for orthopedic tools, instruments, and positioners. Please note that any reference to a brand-name product is herein provided solely for descriptive purposes and shall not be construed as an intention by the Department of Veterans Affairs to limit competition or procure that specific product.
