The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking proposals for Premier Software Support & Maintenance for Optimal IDM's VIS Server and Client Access Perpetual Licenses. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - Division of Administration, Acquisition Services Branch (ASB) - Office: DOA/ASB - OEM Highlight: - Optimal IDM is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Products/Services Requested: - Premier Software Support & Maintenance for VIS Server Perpetual License and Client Access Perpetual License - Part Number: VISSUP-PRE-P - Quantity: 1 per period (base year plus two option years) - Period of Performance: - Base period of one year, with two additional one-year option periods (total potential duration: three years) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Offerors must provide proof of authorized reseller or OEM status with Optimal IDM - Compliance with federal regulations and security requirements is mandatory - Pricing, certifications, and required documentation must be submitted - Place of Performance/Delivery: - FDIC Division of Information Technology (DIT) Distribution Center, 3501 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22226

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites vendors to submit a quote in response to RFQ No. CORHQ‑26‑Q‑0041 for the FDIC Optimal IDM  software maintenance (S/M) requirement. All offerors must use the provided Price Schedule template to submit pricing for all required line items and should include their most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, End‑User License Agreements (EULAs), or Master Service Agreements (MSAs) must be submitted with the quote for incorporation into the resulting contract. The FDIC prefers Government‑approved terms.

Each quote submission shall include the following components, preferably as separate documents:

• Price Schedule Spreadsheet (REQUIRED) • Section K – Representations and Certifications (REQUIRED) • Proof of active registration in SAM.gov (REQUIRED) • Proof of partnership with Optimal IDM (REQUIRED) • EULAs, MSAs, or Warranty Terms (if applicable)

Quotes that do not include all required components listed above will not be considered for award. The selected awardee must have an active SAM.gov registration prior to contract award.

Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM EST on April 13, 2026. All quotes must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on April 20, 2026. All quote packages must be submitted directly to Harold Groves at hgroves@fdic.gov.
