Printers, Copiers, and Multifunction Devices with Related Services for PSA Members

This opportunity invites vendors to provide a wide range of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices to members of the Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA), coordinated by the Brazos Valley Council of Governments. - Products requested: - Printers (inkjet, laser, pen plotter, digital, high speed) - Multifunction office machines (print, copy, scan, fax) - Related equipment, hardware, software, accessories, and supplies (including toner and ink) - Services requested: - Electronic document management solutions - Printer fleet management and overflow printing services - Printer maintenance and installation - Vendors are encouraged to propose the broadest possible selection of devices and solutions - Vendors must specify if maintenance and supplies are included with lease/rental or sold separately - Dual CTCD/CTCM certification is required for vendors - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; all qualified manufacturers are eligible - The contract supports lease, purchase, or monthly rental options for equipment and services, with flexible terms for participating agencies

Description

The Brazos Valley Council of Governments, through the Purchasing Solutions Alliance (PSA), is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide printers, copiers, and multifunction devices to PSA members. The contract will allow for lease and/or sale of these products, including related equipment, software, maintenance, and supplies. Vendors may offer a broad selection of devices and services, including purchase, lease, rental, installation, and maintenance options.
